Token Relations, Co-Founded by Anthony Pompliano and Jacquelyn Melinek, Aims to Streamline Communication for Blockchain Ecosystems

Anthony Pompliano and Jacquelyn Melinek, a former senior crypto reporter at TechCrunch, have announced the launch of their new company, Token Relations.

The company aims to help blockchain projects better communicate with their ecosystem stakeholders, including developers, partners, token holders, and those building on top of their technology.

Pompliano emphasized that while blockchain projects have focused on marketing to new users and engaging with reporters through public relations efforts, they have neglected the most important group of people for a blockchain – the ecosystem stakeholders. Token Relations seeks to address this gap by providing products and services that facilitate effective communication between blockchains and their communities.

Melinek, who quit her position at TechCrunch to co-found Token Relations, brings her expertise in crypto culture and content creation to the venture. Pompliano noted that Melinek was the only person he approached to be a partner in the business, citing her strong track record and entrepreneurial spirit.

Token Relations has already secured partnerships with three major blockchain projects: Avalanche, Optimism, and Aptos. The company plans to roll out weekly content for each of these ecosystems over the next 10 days, along with other products and services tailored to each chain.

Pompliano addressed the criticism from some Bitcoin maximalists who have expressed disapproval of the venture. He stated that maximalists have been proven wrong by the market, with 90% of Bitcoiners holding other coins.

Melinek expressed her excitement about shifting from a journalist to an entrepreneur role and assured her followers that more reporting would be forthcoming. She emphasized her commitment to making Token Relations a success for herself and the broader cryptocurrency community.
