HTX DAO Expands CIS Market Presence at Blockchain Forum 2025

HTX DAO participated as a premium sponsor at the Blockchain Forum 2025 held on April 23-24. The organization used this platform to showcase its influence in the cryptocurrency industry while advancing its global strategy and deepening its presence in European and CIS markets.
TRON founder and HTX global advisor Justin Sun delivered a video address sharing recent achievements of the TRON ecosystem. He reported that TRON accounts have surpassed 300 million, with total value locked (TVL) exceeding $20 billion, making it a leader in stablecoin trading. Sun noted that blockchain and cryptocurrencies are at a historical turning point, gradually transforming financial systems.
Tigran Akhunts, HTX's P2P Commercial Director for the CIS region, participated in a roundtable discussion on "DEX vs CEX: Who Will Win the Battle for Traders?" He stated that centralized and decentralized exchanges are not zero-sum competitors but coexist to serve different user needs.
According to Akhunts, CEX platforms are actively reducing conceptual gaps with DEX by integrating DeFi functions, implementing proof of reserves, and incorporating independent audits to enhance transparency. CEX platforms continue to develop AI trading tools, cross-chain solutions, and optimize fee structures.
The event took place amid significant developments in the broader crypto space. At the recent Solana Crossroads Conference, representatives from major DAOs backed the revival of SIMD-228, a proposal to cut Solana's inflation rate by 80%. This would potentially affect token value and validator incentives across the Solana ecosystem.
HTX DAO organized a special dinner for HTX whales on April 23, bringing together industry leaders, investment organizations, and strategic ecosystem partners. The event focused on discussing current cryptocurrency market trends, Web3 development prospects, and decentralized finance evolution.
As previously announced by Justin Sun, HTX aims to strengthen its strategic presence in the CIS region by addressing local user needs and optimizing products and services. The company's active participation in Blockchain Forum 2025 demonstrates its priority focus on the CIS market.
In the future, HTX DAO and HTX plan to increase their presence in the CIS region, focusing on community development, ecosystem support, and technological innovation to contribute to DeFi infrastructure creation and the formation of a multi-level open Web3 ecosystem.
